 500 Series Castor Information 

 The 500 Series is designed and manufactured for heavy duty applications including low speed, medium weight towing up to a maximum speed of 6kph. A sealed precision machined ball race ensures the swivel movement is kept clean and smooth. Complete with a high tensile kingpin to withstand high impact side loads, 500 Series moves high demand industries such as; Automotive, Rapid moving production lines and steel manufacturer’s due to the reliability and performance of this robust castor.



 1000 Series Castor Information 

 1000kg load rating provides an economical alternative to heavier load bearing castors. The ability to be towed at a 6kph by tugs and tractors enables the 1000 Series to be used on mobile platforms, aviation trolleys, automotive assembly lines and production manufacturing plants.The polyurethane cast iron wheel type with a rolling diameter of up to 300mm not only enhances maneuverability but decreases rolling resistance. The 1000 series has a precision machined ball race and high tensile steel kingpin to withstand side impact loads.



 X1 Series Castor Information 

Heavy duty fabricated construction allows castors to withstand high shock and impact loads. Kingpinless swivel and top plates made from 3/8" AIISI 1045 heat treated steel with frames welded inside and out to maximise the life of the castor. 3/4" axle and zinc plated finish. Suitable for heavy machinery, dollies and stillages, gantries, mobile work benches and a variety of other heavy duty industrial applications.



 5000 Series Castor Information 

5000 series castors perform in the toughest circumstances featuring a large opposed taper roller bearing swivel head that is fully sealed and strong robot welded construction.The fitted swivel head allows the castor to be towed at speeds of up to 16kph on flat surfaces with no obstacles. This makes it ideal for work in heavy duty applications such as boat building, heavy engineering and aerospace industry applications.
